Trillium Design Build Company offers architecture and construction delivery under one roof, backed by 25+ years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical work. We hold architecture licenses in 8 states and an Oregon general contractor license (CCB #257175), so we can take a project from first sketch through construction.

We use parametric design tools to give you real flexibility in your home — layouts, room sizes, and features can be tailored to your lifestyle and adjusted to fit your specific property, rather than starting from a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan.
Prefabricated & Modular Construction
Our ADU model lineup is designed around prefabricated construction — built largely off-site while your lot is prepped in parallel, for a faster, more predictable path from contract to move-in than traditional stick-built construction. Design-Build Delivery
A single point of contact from permit through handover. As the licensed architect and general contractor (OR CCB #257175), we coordinate design and construction so nothing gets lost in the handoff.

Commercial & Industrial
